It has almost become standard practice that global students upon graduating would certainly look to travel abroad for overseas studies. And up until fairly recently parents could make a well detailed guess as to where their children were headed. They are more venerated, long-standing institutions such as Harvard, Oxford and Cambridge. They have generally invested heavily in education. Among global institutions one could see number of Asian universities flying up the University Ranking Lists, not only providing beneficial courses, but specifically recruited top quality lecturers and offering the latest technology. The new concept of Study Singapore is so much evident among global students.

There are quite a few to go reach the top of these lists, Asian universities continue to surprise the academic world, with almost one eighth of the world’s top 200 universities, as ranked in the Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2014-15, being in Asia. Among Asian countries with globally ranked universities Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore and Korea have the most, with the National University of Singapore (NUS), The University of Hong Kong, The University of Tokyo and Seoul National University, as well as many more entering the Top 50 in QS University World Rankings.

The chant for Study in Singapore has become common among students. With English speaking courses marveling up the majority of the available studies across Asia, the language barrier is now no longer a menace for students. The global opportunity to live abroad and outside of an English speaking country is now a viable option, permitting passionate student to experience multi-cultural societies with fascinating histories and cultures.
