The Ministry of Education New Scheme has immensely ameliorated in all categories so that it eventually benefit passionate students. All beneficial schemes are marveled for benefit of zeal students. It is also appreciated from all corners of intellectuals who actually belong from wide range of fields.

In a latest development the popular Ministry of Education MOE has professionally deployed 50 Education and Career Guidance (ECG) Counselors to schools in Singapore, with the focus of Helping Students Map their Path. By doing this the passionate students make better-informed with relevant school and career choices.

These counselors were professionally deployed to secondary schools, junior colleges, the Millennia Institute, polytechnics, and the Institute of Technical Education (ITE). It was informed by popular MOE which was enumerated in a press release issued. The counselors have received 120 hours of training on quality career facilitation and another six months of training on counseling skills. The ministry conveyed that it would expediently deploy a total of 100 ECG counselors to schools and institutions by 2017.

The professional body of MOE also revealed that students and parents could access related services at the ECG Centre at MOE’s Grange Road Campus, specifically during periods such as the release of GCE Level results. It would also serve as a centralized resource centre for ECG counselors and personnel in schools with respective post-secondary education institutions.

Counselors would efficaciously advise students on career planning and assist cast a critical eye on resumes, as well as help ameliorate interview skills. They give them live sessions which are not just a mock-up, where employers would ask the real questions to them and see how they could work on them, on their interview techniques.

Moreover in addition, there would be eight ECG Centers staffed with ECG Counselors at all polytechnics and ITE Colleges by January 2016. Nanyang, Ngee Ann and Temasek Polytechnics have already opened their ECG Centers. It is also noted that there would be six counselors at each ECG Centre. In recent times the popular chant for Study in Singapore has become prominent among students and parents. It is also widely recommended for all passionate students to take up overseas studies in Singapore so as to reach global opportunities.
